How can we preserve the natural resources of life in the long term? The answer to this question may be provided by the concept of a closed-loop economy. New ways of thinking and skills are needed in order to use and utilise raw materials more intelligently in the future.
With support of the Migros Pioneer Fund, the pioneering project future perfect! is integrating this topic into the education of young professionals. Together with the Bildungszentrum Limmattal vocational school, methodologically tested courses were designed for this purpose and have already been implemented in seven classes. The project combines the subject of the closed-loop economy with digital, responsible and competence-oriented learning. future perfect! offers vocational schools an attractive overall package with a learning management system, as well as methodically and didactically diverse, innovative teaching units.
The project creates a platform through which all participating players such as teachers, pupils and learning institutes can exchange information. In this way, pupils become active ambassadors for this subject, creating new synergies that contribute to the establishment of circular approaches in the Swiss economy.
